Who we are

This policy applies to Vincimus Health, including Bellz Fitness coaching. If you have questions, contact us at Adolph@vincimushealth.com.

What we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when you work with us:

• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• Health and fitness information you choose to share with your coach.
• Payment information, which is processed by Stripe. We never store your card numbers.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver coaching, schedule sessions, process billing, and send service updates.

AI disclosure

Coaching messages may be processed by AI models to support your coach.

Storage and sharing

Your information is stored with Google Workspace and secured servers. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Google API data

Data accessed through Google APIs (for example, YouTube Analytics) is used only for our internal analytics. It is never sold or shared, and we comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your rights
